Rage 🔥
❖
Rage is an intense surge of anger that overwhelms the heart and clouds judgment. Islam does not ignore this emotion — it teaches how to restrain it, cool it, and return the heart to balance through remembrance of Allah and self-control.

Final Reflection
Rage is fire — but Allah has given the believer water: remembrance, restraint, and mercy. When anger rises, pause. Seek refuge. Let Allah cool the heart before words or actions burn bridges.
