Rabbi zidnī ʿilmā.

O my Lord, increase me in knowledge.

Subḥānallāh wa-l-ḥamdu lillāh wa lā ilāha illā Allāh wa-Allāhu akbar.
Translation
Glory be to Allah, all praise is due to Allah, there is no deity except Allah, and Allah is the Greatest.
Repeating this Dhikr nurtures peace and removes restless or negative curiosity — reminding the heart that the greatest truths are already found in Allah's remembrance.
