I Am Feeling Happy — Duas & Dhikr | PureDua
Happy 🌿

Being Happy is a gift from Allah — a moment when the heart feels light, grateful, and at peace. In times of joy, Islam teaches us not to forget the Giver of happiness, but to turn that joy into shukr (gratitude), humility, and remembrance. True happiness increases when it is shared with Allah through praise and dua.

#1
Dua for Preserving Happiness
Transliteration
Allāhumma mā aṣbaḥa bī min niʿmatin fa-minka waḥdaka lā sharīka lak, fa-laka al-ḥamdu wa-laka ash-shukr.
Translation
O Allah, every blessing I have this day is from You alone, without partner. So for You is all praise and all thanks.
📖 Authentic Prophetic supplication (Abū Dāwūd — ṣaḥīḥ)
The first step to preserving happiness is recognizing its source. Every moment of joy, every good day — it came from Him alone. Praise keeps the door of blessings open.

📖 Qur'anic Reminder About Happiness
قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَبِرَحْمَتِهِ فَبِذَٰلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوا
Qul bifaḍli-llāhi wa bi-raḥmatihī fa-bidhālika fal-yafraḥū.
"Say: In the bounty of Allah and His mercy — in that let them rejoice."
📖 Surah Yūnus 10:58
Allah Himself commands us to rejoice — but in what? In His bounty and His mercy. The purest happiness is the one rooted in closeness to Him, not in the temporary things of this world.
