Hatred 💔
❖
Hatred weighs heavily on the heart — it clouds judgment, poisons peace, and distances the soul from mercy. Islam does not deny that painful emotions exist, but it teaches us to purify the heart, replace resentment with justice, and seek healing through Allah's guidance.

📖 Qur'anic Reminder About Overcoming Hatred
Idfaʿ billatī hiya aḥsanu fa-idhā alladhī baynaka wa baynahu ʿadāwatun ka-annahu waliyyun ḥamīm.
"Repel evil with what is better; then the one between whom and you was enmity will become as a close friend."
📖 Surah Fuṣṣilat 41:34
A divine strategy for transforming hate into peace — responding with goodness does not just end enmity, it reverses it entirely.

Final Reflection
Hatred harms the heart before it harms anyone else. When we ask Allah to cleanse our hearts, we make space for peace, mercy, and healing. Let go — not because others deserve it, but because your heart deserves tranquility.
