Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina-l-ʿajzi wa-l-kasal, wa-l-jubni wa-l-haram, wa aʿūdhu bika min ʿadhābi-l-qabr, wa aʿūdhu bika min fitnati-l-maḥyā wa-l-mamāt.
Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from incapacity, laziness, cowardice, and old age. I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death.
